Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Large wholesale or bulk leather orders may take 3–5 business days to prepare.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • United States Postal Service

Shipping Options

  • Ground Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

  • Freight shipping for pallet or bulk leather orders

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight

  • Box dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Carrier service selected

Shipping charges will appear at checkout or on the customer invoice.

Shipping Damage

If a package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately.

  2. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Keep all packaging materials for inspection.

Customers must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the order.


Wholesale Policy

Texas JAZ Leather supplies leather to manufacturers, craftsmen, and retailers.

Wholesale Minimum Order

  • Minimum wholesale order: $300

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Business name

  • Resale certificate

  • Business contact information


Freight & Bulk Order Policy

Large leather shipments may be sent via freight carriers.

Freight shipments may include:

  • Palletized leather hides

  • Bulk wholesale orders

  • Large commercial deliveries

Customers must inspect freight shipments upon delivery.

Any freight damage must be noted with the driver before signing the delivery receipt.


Damage & Claim Policy

If your shipment arrives damaged: 

  1. Take clear photos of:

    • Package exterior

    • Interior packaging

    • Damaged leather

  2. Contact us within 48 hours.

  3. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos

    • Description of damage

We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible and must follow the return process.

Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.

  • Leather is a natural product and may vary in grain and color.

  • Product images may vary slightly from actual materials.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

  • Texas JAZ Leather is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
