Our Chief Sales Officer, Junaid Zaman, brings over 35 years experience in leather manufacturing, tanning, dyeing, finishing, and color matching expertise. Beginning his career in 1988 at a major tannery in Sindh, Pakistan, he worked directly with leather production and development. After moving to Texas, he spent 15 years at Tandy Leather in Fort Worth, where he became the company’s top sales associate and later a field auditor, traveling across the United States to support store operations.
