Return & Refund Policy

Texas JAZ Leather

At Texas JAZ Leather, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our return guidelines below.


Returns

Most items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Certain equipment and machines must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be uncut and in original condition

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Texas JAZ Leather reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Templates or paper patterns

  • Discontinued merchandise

  • Custom stamps

  • One-of-a-kind hair-on hides

  • Bulk hardware packs larger than 100 pieces

  • Select specialty machines and equipment

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


Return Authorization

For online purchases, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning an item.

To request a return authorization, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and product details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible

Payment Method Refunds

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card used for the purchase


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and products

  • Details of missing or incorrect items

Claims reported after 10 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, garage, mailbox, etc.)

  2. Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package

  3. Verify the shipping address used during checkout

If the package is still missing after 3 business days, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and notify our customer support team.

Texas JAZ Leather is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
